Haiku / Poetry / Poets

Love Haiku by Virginie Colline

her mouth cries his name
through the black drums of the rain
the storm in their heads

midnight on fire
his male warmth against her thigh
they stir the embers

colors in the sky
an epiphanic heartbeat
brought up by his smile

little by little
they build a brick red fire
the pride of their days
